Quel Chic's founder

Quel Chic is a French-Brazilian consulting and communication agency founded by Aurélie Redor. The name, “Que Chique,” which translates to “How chic” in English, is a playful nod to her upbringing in France.
Born in Fortaleza, Aurélie left Brazil with her parents at a young age to settle in the south of France. She spent her youth in the restaurant where her father was a chef, discovering French gastronomy and lifestyle.
Aurélie studied marketing, communication, and sales techniques. With a global mindset, she moved to Paris to pursue a Master’s degree in Negotiation and International Business with a specialization in Marketing and Communication. She graduated in 2006 with a research paper on partnerships between fashion bloggers and brands in France, sensing that digital would play a major role in our society.
She worked for major French insurance and banking companies (Natixis Investment Managers International and Generali) as a marketing project manager for a decade, honing her skills in a demanding environment.
In 2020, Aurélie paused her career to visit Brazil. She wanted to reconnect with her roots and embrace this culture. She couldn’t have imagined the impact of this reunion. It was love at first sight. She decided to settle there permanently and start her own company… Quel Chic!
